Between August 2025 and April 2026 we acted as the full engineering team for an Australian SaaS company serving steel fabricators — inventory, project management, and Australian fabrication compliance built into the product. We shipped it and handed it over. They now sell it commercially across Australia.

Weekly demos, not status reports. You see working software every week.

We publish price bands rather than quoting hourly rates. Hourly billing rewards slow work; we'd rather be measured on what ships. Bands are shared on a scoping call.

We work across Python, Django, Node, React, React Native, Flutter, Laravel, PHP and AWS, and with the AI/ML stack the problem calls for.

Questions we hear first
Who owns the code and IP?
You do, from the first commit. We work in your repositories under your accounts wherever possible.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything — code, documentation, runbooks, credentials — and we run a handover session. Our Australian client took full ownership and now sells the product independently.
How do you handle security and confidentiality?
We're ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified for information security. We sign NDAs, work under your access controls, and can walk your security team through our practices.
Can you scale the team up or down?
Yes. Pods are sized monthly with reasonable notice on both sides.
What time zones do you work in?
We're based in Kerala, India (IST, UTC+5:30). We currently work with Australian and European clients and overlap working hours as needed.
How quickly can you start?
Typically two to five days from agreement.
